WEEKLY CLEANING SERVICE of the common areas of the monthly rental apartments (living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and balcony).
REPAIR & MAINTENANCE SERVICE of the monthly rental apartments during working hours (9:00 am to 6:00 pm), Monday to Friday. It is a full maintenance service for the proper function of the installations, repair of appliances, ignition of water heaters, etc. All incidences are processed at the company headquarters and assigned to repair and maintenance professionals to carry out the required service.
24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE, seven days a week. This service is for serious incidents that may occur in the monthly rental apartments outside of office hours (Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00) and / or during the weekends.
CONECTIVITY SERVICES – INTERNET with ADSL WIRELESS (Wi-Fi) & TV with TDT in all of the monthly rental apartments. This includes maintenance services and technical assistance for the internet, both remote and onsite, coordinated from the main office. The apartments are also equipped with a TV with TDT which is located in the shared living room of the apartment.
